Dow Excavating has been providing commercial snow removal services to the Cheney, Medical Lake, and Airway Heights areas for the last 30+ years. We have the most equipment of any private snow removal crew in Cheney, which provides us with the added benefit of speed, maneuverability, and power. This means we have the capability to push snow piles higher, taking up less space in your lot. This also means we can fit into places that may need back bladed, which is difficult to do in a pick-up, and we have the equipment and technology to “cut” lots, meaning we can scrape up the ice on frozen compacted snow and ice.
Winter weather in Eastern Washington can be unpredictable. Make sure your business is covered for snow removal services so that your patrons and tenants can safely continue visiting your property. No snow? No worries! We charge on a per-service basis.
In most circumstances, we are unable to provide any snow removal of sidewalks. We do have a few exceptions to this rule, so feel free to give us a call to discuss the specifics of your lot if sidewalks are a concern.
We do not offer any residential or private driveway services at this time.
Our bids are based on a per-service performance. Billing will be sent out at the end of each month and will only include our agreed upon contracted rates per time we serviced your lot.
