Crushed Granite driveway rock is a strong choice if you want a lighter color palette than standard basalt gravel. This 5/8 inch material has the same specifications as our 5/8 inch crushed basalt, so it compacts and performs the same way, but with a grey and earth-toned look that brightens up high-traffic areas. Granite typically the standard driveway material, so it gives your areas a more unique look than the basalt most properties use.

Granite is also a harder rock than basalt, so it naturally breaks down a bit slower over time.

This is a crushed product, and will contain a significant amount of fines. These fines are intentional, as they allow crushed granite driveway rock to pack down into a firm, stable surface once it settles and gets driven over a few times.

Common uses include:

• New and existing driveways
• Parking areas and RV pads
• Access roads
• Other leveling or compaction needs
