Our Screened Fill Dirt provides a dependable, cost-effective solution for large-scale grading, leveling, and site preparation projects throughout the Spokane and Cheney-Spokane area. We screen this material to a 1” minus size to improve consistency and make it easier to spread, level, and compact on job sites.

This product contains no added organic material and does not include soil amendments or nutrients. It serves as a straightforward structural fill option for projects where strength, stability, and volume matter more than growing conditions. Contractors and property owners use it when they need to build elevation, correct grades on soil builds, or prepare areas for future landscape installation.

Because we screen the material to 1” minus, it handles more predictably than unscreened fill.  It also spreads more evenly, which reduces extra labor during rough site shaping.
