Our Commercial Top Soil gives contractors and DIYers a practical solution for grading, leveling, and building up landscape areas. We blend this soil with mulched material to create a loose, workable texture. This product spreads easily and delivers an even finish.

Use this product to fill low spots, smooth uneven terrain, and build a strong base layer before installing higher-performance lawn or planting soils. Although this blend contains some organic material, we do not recommend it as a replacement for nutrient-rich soil when seeding or laying sod. For new lawn projects, many contractors and homeowners build up areas with Commercial Top Soil first, then top the area with 4–6 inches of our Premium Turf Builder for final lawn preparation.
