Our Concrete Aggregate mix is a sand and aggregate blend, not a bagged, ready-to-use concrete product. You will still need to add Portland cement before you add any water. Combine the aggregate mix with Portland cement at a 1:5 ratio. Then add water a little at a time until you reach an oatmeal-like consistency.

Because this mix uses visible stone and sand rather than a fine, polished aggregate, it gives your project a rustic, stone-in-concrete look. Concrete aggregate mix works well for DIYers who want that rustic style. You may need to hand mix this, so plan accordingly if you are working with a large volume.
